1. Who we are​

The Telegram bot @GodsOfAgora_bot is operated by Gods of Agora. Contact: @gods_of_agora_support.

2. What data we collect​

  • Your Telegram account data: user ID, username, first name and language setting.
  • Whether you are subscribed to our news channel (checked to give you access to the shop).
  • Your orders: the product, its price at the time of purchase, the order status and the delivery data we send you for the order (for example, login details).
  • Your balance top-ups: the amount, the payment method (bank card transfer or SEPA bank transfer), the request number and the payment reference. You make the transfer in your own bank; we do not receive or store your bank card details or online banking logins.
  • Your bot balance and its history, and referral data (who invited you).

3. Why we use it​

  • To credit your top-ups after we check the incoming transfer.
  • To process your orders and deliver the products.
  • To provide support and send you updates about your top-ups and orders.
  • To prevent fraud and keep financial records.

4. Who we share it with​

  • Telegram - the bot works through Telegram.
  • Banks - your bank and our bank process the transfer you send.
  • A cloud storage provider - only encrypted backups of our database are stored there.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it​

We keep order, top-up and balance records as long as needed for accounting, refunds and dispute resolution. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 6 months.

6. Your rights​

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep, by writing to @gods_of_agora_support. Records of completed payments may be kept where required.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this link.
